4. Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, and contact information
- The URL of the content that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- Your electronic or physical signature
We may restore the removed content if we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking to restrain such restoration.
